[Mendoza (MDZ)](/airports/mdz-mendoza) is Argentina's wine gateway. ## Cali (CLO) The airport is 20 km north of Cali — an unusual distance for a Latin American city. Official taxis from the rank are COP 65,000–85,000 (about $16–20). Uber and inDrive work and are typically COP 45,000–60,000 with pickup at a designated lot. The green MIO shuttle bus runs to the Terminal de Transportes for COP 15,000. Heads-up: don't hail a "taxi" outside the fenced rank — those are unlicensed and the fare doubles. ## Mendoza (MDZ) The airport is only 8 km from downtown Mendoza. Remise cars (booked at the desk inside) are ARS 8,000–12,000 fixed. Uber and Cabify both work and are typically half that. Bus 68 runs to the central bus terminal for a few hundred pesos. If you're heading straight to a winery in Luján de Cuyo or the Uco Valley, book a remise return trip — it's dramatically cheaper than one-way. ## The Latin regional airport rule - Uber/inDrive/Cabify pickup is at a designated lot, always.
