## The rules for France

**Ride apps:** Uber, Bolt, FreeNow and the historic G7 all operate; official taxis have fixed airport fares to central Paris.

**Cash vs card:** Cards everywhere, but small tips and bakeries still love a €5 note.

**Golden rule:** never take an unmarked car from someone approaching you inside the terminal. Walk to the official taxi rank or open your ride app.
