## The rules for India

**Ride apps:** Uber and Ola both work; the prepaid taxi counter is a safe fallback.

**Cash vs card:** UPI dominates locally; carry rupees for autos, small stalls and tolls.

**Golden rule:** never take an unmarked car from someone approaching you inside the terminal. Walk to the official taxi rank or open your ride app.
