## Free casino shuttles: the local move

Macau International (MFM) is tiny, and every major casino runs a **free shuttle bus** from the airport. Venetian, Wynn, MGM, Galaxy, Grand Lisboa — all of them. You do not need to be a guest; just walk on.

- Frequency: every 15–30 minutes, most day
- Cost: free
- Runs to: Cotai Strip and Macau Peninsula casinos

From your target casino, taxis or the free casino-to-casino shuttles get you anywhere on the peninsula for MOP 30–50.

## Taxi fare reality

Black (city) taxis at MFM run a meter. Fares:

- MFM to Cotai (Venetian / Parisian): **MOP 40–60**
- MFM to Macau Peninsula (Grand Lisboa / Senado): **MOP 80–120**
- MFM to HZMB border (Hong Kong-Zhuhai bridge): **MOP 30–50**

Yellow radio-dispatched taxis are 30% more.

## Ride-hailing

**No Uber, no Grab, no DiDi** in Macau. The **Macau Taxi** app (limited) works but drivers may prefer street hails. Public taxi supply is often tight — the casino shuttles are genuinely more reliable during casino peak hours.

## Cross-border to Hong Kong

- Ferry to HK: TurboJet from Taipa Ferry Terminal, HKD 175
- HZMB bus to HK: HKD 65, ~40 min, best value

Both take you to Hong Kong Island / Kowloon faster than most people expect.
